End User License Agreement

Purpose

Simple Stay is intended to support short-term rental property management operations, accounting review, owner reporting, trust accounting analysis, financial reconciliation, and related internal workflows.

Authorized Use

Users may access Simple Stay only if authorized by PMI Miami Coast.

Users agree to:

• Use the application only for legitimate business purposes
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Not attempt unauthorized access
• Not interfere with the operation or security of the application
• Not misuse data obtained through the application
• Comply with applicable laws and contractual obligations

Third-Party Services

Simple Stay may connect to third-party services, including QuickBooks Online, Guesty, Stripe, and other operational or accounting platforms. Use of third-party services may also be governed by those providers' separate terms, policies, and agreements.

Data Accuracy

Simple Stay may display or analyze data from third-party systems. Users are responsible for reviewing information for accuracy before relying on it for accounting, reporting, payment, or business decisions.

No Professional Advice

Simple Stay is a business operations and reporting tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Users should consult qualified professionals when needed.

Availability

The application is provided on an as-available basis. PMI Miami Coast may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Disclaimer

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PMI Miami Coast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the application.

Termination

PMI Miami Coast may suspend or terminate access to Simple Stay at any time for unauthorized use, security concerns, business reasons, or violation of this agreement.
